The first phase of building the Czech Culture Center in Rijeka finished
On Saturday, July 23, the building of the Czech Culture Centre in Rijeka was handed over from the builders to the buyers, after its first phase was finished. The attendees were: J. Ružička, F. Sedlaček, M. Valenčić and F. Husák from the Czech Beseda Rijeka, project designer and building control officer G: Triccoli, and J. Kukuruzović, J. Kolar and representative of "Izocom" company for the builders.
A meeting note was made, stating all observed shortcomings and mistakes made during the building, as well as differences from project documentation and everything that needs repairs. The repairs were made during the following week. Besides the persons stated above, at the handover on July 30 there was also V. Koči as an official representative of the Czech Union in Croatia. At that time, the building book was closed and the building was officially handed over.
